Friends and family,
By now you’ve heard a lot about the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and while we’re all learning more each day, there’s still a great deal for us to learn as we move forward in helping us, as individuals, as a community and as a tourist destination, stay healthy. Many have cancelled their spring break trips, both in and out of Jackson Hole. Many are getting out of the house less and limiting exposure with other people. People are anxious, which is completely understandable and reasonable.
I want our restaurants to continue to be a safe haven for our guests, so we will be implementing a number of proactive measures over the next 24 hours to ensure this is the case at this uncertain time.
We have always been dedicated to providing a clean and sanitary environment for both guests and staff. Our existing practices include a variety of measures to prevent the spread of germs and ensure a healthy environment for all involved, including (but not limited to): daily, thorough property cleanings; strict adherence to employee hand-washing practices; sanitizing washes for all dishes, utensils, glasses, serving ware, etc.; sanitizing wipe-downs of surfaces, high chairs, bathrooms and beyond.
We will be going above and beyond our normal policies on sanitization and cleanliness. Within the next 24 hours, each Fine Dining property will be undergoing a complete sanitization and will regularly do so throughout the coming weeks/months. We will be strictly adhering to our glove policy in the kitchen, extending the policy to start from the moment ingredients are delivered. Hand sanitizer will be available at all host stands, as well as at every POS and at all cash drawers.
For those with scheduled private events, we will be waiving the deposit for events cancelled as a result of COVID-19.
It’s never been our stance to sit back and follow suit. We believe in being out in front of issues by coming up with creative, effective solutions to combat challenges both known and unknown. Our stance on COVID-19 is no different. As the situation develops, we will continue to pivot and develop new ways to ensure our employees and guests are safe when they enter our doors. But beyond communicating our efforts, we want you to feel comfortable sharing your concerns so we may address any anxiety related to getting out to enjoy the company of friends and family. What are you concerned about and how can we help? Reach out - we’re available.
Best,
Gavin Fine
