Director of Operations
Justin Henry began his experience in the restaurant industry at the age of 15. In 2006, he moved to Jackson Hole from Athens, Georgia for a season before going to law school and quickly realized restaurants were his passion. He started his Jackson career as a bartender at Nanis and joined Fine Dining Restaurant Group as Assistant General Manager of Rendezvous Bistro and Q Roadhouse in 2008. After a year, he was promoted to General Manager of the Bistro, where he remained for two years. In 2011, Justin helped reopen Silver in Park City and was shortly after moved into his current position as Director of Operations for FDRG. A great supporter of staff and integral part of the FDRGteam, his goal is for every employee to enjoy what they do and want to come to work -- if this is achieved, not only are team members happier but they naturally want to take great care of guests.
